• February 2506: the Office of Naval Intelligence identifies fourteen members within the ORION Project that have been caught transferring intelligence reports within the last twelve months to Insurrectionist leaders like Kevin Verenski.
• April 12, 2506: Sonia Delgado, an ORION operative, fears the UNSC suspects her of espionage. Sonia, along with two dozen insurgent spies, hijack the UNSC Endurance and set course for Madrigal.
• Late 2506: the ORION Project is deactivated. Though the operatives are effective, their abilities fall short of scientist's expectations, number of defectors are increasing, long-term defects from the augmentations are revealing themselves, and the soldiers are too expensive to produce.
